I'd just got used to the shoulder skimming, midi cut but the Hudgens has become even more scissor happy with her latest 'do. Apparently it's been given the chop by the star's director - a word of advice Vanessa, probably not the best idea to let a guy randomly hack into your locks. Vanessa's got the kind of small-featured, dark-skinned beauty that could really pull of a cute elfin crop but this is a bit long and shaggy for that.
