Miley Gets the Chop
Yes, she's slightly irritating, but by gosh her music is catchy. Couple that with the fact she's lopped off her teeny-bopper-length locks for her new video, and you have, erm, a less annoying Miley Cyrus. I actually really like the new tousled, shoulder-skimming tresses, in that dirty blonde hue. Can you believe she's just 17? Sx
