No, unfortunately I have not had a call from the bootylicious 'B', but I have just come across her bling scent ring. I'm not usually a fan of fragrance/jewellery hybrids. Take Marc Jacobs 'Daisy'. Love the fragrance. Love the designer. But the amalgamation of solid perfume and jewellery resulted in a gawdy, clumpy and (I hate to say it) tacky daisy-shaped ring.
Beyonce's offering however, is definitely wearable. It might not be to my taste, but the ruby gem ring wouldn't look out of place on the shelves of Topshop. The bonus, of course, with this ring is you can touch up your scent on the go. In terms of the fragrance, 'Heat' definitely has a wide appeal. It has an air of Tom Ford 'Black Orchid' about it, with spicy-floral top notes of peach and red vanilla orchid (B's favourite ingredient no less) and a smouldering amber base that lingers on.
